I have a customer whose websites use Forms on the same server, each with a different /home directory. Both Websites are on the latest version of Joomla 5, latest version of Forms, one using Gantry as the template, the other using Helix Ultimate.
The one on Gantry works fine, fill out, submit, popup thanks, etc. The one on Helix Ultimate, does not work at all for the customer. I was finally able to get a private brower in Firefox to work for them, but all their browers for this website report a load failure Font Awesome font file and these files.
The confusing part is that this form works on other computers, browsers, laptops, and desktop OS such as Linux and Mac. It doesn't work for the business owners at their office or at their homes. I logged in, shut off anti-malware, checked the networks, tried overriding the headers on the server, used Joomla to add headers, etc. I am just plain STUMPED why it works for everyone else on phones, tablets, and their computers but theirs?!?
Of course they think this is my issue and it needs to be solved.
