How to manage categories in Balbooa Joomla Gallery?

Balbooa Joomla Gallery comes with a beautiful and intuitive admin panel where you can create, rename, move to, and delete categories. In this tutorial, we'll show you how to manage categories in the Joomla gallery. 

Creating new category

Click on the button + Category.

Or use the context menu: right-click on the category list or image list and select Create Category.

Renaming category

Click on the category ➝ enter the new category name in the field Title.

Or use the context menu: right-click on the category name ➝ select Rename ➝ enter the new category name ➝ click the button Save.

Deleting category

Click the icon Delete in the right corner. Or use the context menu: right-click on category ➝ click Delete. 

Reordering categories

Click the parent category or Root ➝ use drag & drop to move folders.

Moving categories

Select one or more categories ➝ click the icon Move To ➝ select the parent category ➝ click the button Save.

Or use the context menu: right-click on the category ➝ click Move To ➝ select the parent category ➝ click the button Save.

• The feature Move To is only available in Album Mode

Click on the button Upload Images.
