How to set up columns in the mobile version?

Joomla website builder Gridbox comes with a built-in mobile editor that allows you to customize the responsive design. If the page has columns, the Gridbox mobile editor moves them from horizontal to vertical on mobile devices and arranges them below one under one. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to set up column width, column order and hide content.

Columns width

Column width is a feature that allows you to stack the columns on mobile by changing their width.

To change column width, go to the Mobile Editor and select Device ➝ Column Settings ➝ Layout ➝ Column Width ➝ set a value that you need.

Columns ordering

Column order is a feature that allows you to line up your content on mobile devices.

To reorder columns, go to the Mobile Editor and select Device ➝ Column Settings ➝ Layout ➝ Column Order ➝ set a sequence number regarding other columns.

Hiding content

Hiding content is a feature that allows you to configure on which devices to display a specific item (section, row, column, plugin).

To hide content, go to Item Settings ➝ General ➝ scroll down to the option Disable On ➝ select the device(s) on which you don't want to display the item.
