How to add VK comments to a Joomla website?




Joomla website builder Gridbox comes with the VK comments plugin, which allows VK users to leave comments on your website without registration. This step-by-step tutorial explains how to create a VK Application ID and integrate VK comments into the Joomla website builder Gridbox.




VK configuration


  1. Go to VKontakte Developers.
  2. Create an Application.
  3. Copy an Application ID.




Gridbox configuration


  1. In the Gridbox dashboard, mouse over the icon Extensions ➝ click Integrations.
  2. Click on the VK Comments ➝ paste your Application ID. 
  3. Click the button Save.
  4. Click the Publish Item icon.
