How to moderate reviews through the Gridbox Reviews App dashboard?
The Gridbox Joomla Reviews make managing and moderating customer feedback directly from your dashboard easy. In the Joomla website builder Gridbox, you can moderate reviews in just a few clicks. All the intuitive tools you need are at your fingertips.
Moderating reviews
- In the Gridbox dashboard, click the icon Reviews.
- Click a review ➝ start to moderate it.
- Status — a dropdown menu with three options (Approved, Pending, Spam) to change the review's status.
- Date — displays the date when the review was posted.
- Page — shows the name of the page where the review was left. The View Review icon allows you to navigate to the review on the page.
- Rating — displays the star rating given by the review
- Review — a field displays the text of the review.
- Attached Images — display images uploaded for review.
- Name — displays the name of the review's author.
- Email — shows the email address of the review's author.
- IP Address — displays the IP address of the reviewer.
- Ban User — dropdown menu with two options (Yes and No) to ban the user.
Also, you can use right-click.
Bulk review moderation
Use the buttons on the toolbar to approve, move to spam, delete, or mark as unread more than one review.
