How to set up order statuses in Joomla eCommerce for Gridbox?
Gridbox Joomla eCommerce allows you to set up order statuses. Order statuses let you know what stage the order is at. You'll find three default statuses in Order Statuses Settings: New, Completed, and Refund. Also, you can create your own statuses with custom titles and colors in Joomla eCommerce for Gridbox.
In the Gridbox dashboard, mouse over the icon Store ➝ Order Statuses.
General
Add New Item
Adds a new order status.
Color Picker
Adds color to status. Click on the color icon and select the color you need using the color picker.
Save
Saves changes.
Order
Moves items using drag & drop.
Delete
Deletes the selected order status.
