How to create and manage product badges in Gridbox Store App?

Product badges are an effective way to highlight key product details, inform about a product deficit, display a discount, or other special notices. You can create your own badges with custom titles and colors. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to create and manage product badges in the Gridbox Store App for Joomla eCommerce. 

In the Gridbox dashboard mouseover on the icon Apps ➝ click Store ➝ go to edit the product page.

Assigning product badges

The Store App comes with default product badges:

• Discount Percentage (Using Regular Price and Sale Price calculates the discount percentage)
• Sales (can be edited or deleted)
• New (can be edited or deleted)
• Hot (can be edited or deleted)

To assign a badge to a product click the button Add New Item.

Adding product badges

To create a new product badge, click the button Add New Item. Click the icon Edit to rename the badge or change color.
