How to change order status in Joomla eCommerce for Gridbox?

Gridbox eCommerce allows you to change the status of the order, add notes, and view the date the status changed. In this tutorial, we're going to show you how to change the order status in your Joomla eCommerce for Gridbox.

1. In the Gridbox dashboard, mouse over the icon Store ➝ Orders.
2. To change the order status, click on the order ➝ the icon Edit ➝ select status ➝ Add Comment ➝ click the button Save.

Click the icon Order Status History to view the detailed order history.

• Only the order with the status Completed is displayed in the statistics
