How to set up discounts in Joomla eCommerce for Gridbox?
Joomla eCommerce for Gridbox comes with intuitive discount settings. Simply set the discount amount, date limitations, and the products or categories to which discounts can apply. Action description of each field you will find below.
General
Title
Adds the name of the discount.
* This title displays in the Discounts tab in the Gridbox dashboard.
Discount Type
Sets the type of discount (Amount or Percentage).
Discount Amount
Sets the value of the discount.
Applies To
Sets where the discount will apply:
- All Products - applies to all products
- Category - applies to each product in the selected categories
- Product - applies to specific products
- Cart - applies to all products in the cart
- Shipping - applies to specific shipping.
* Click the icon Add New Item and use the search field to choose categories or products that you want to set the discount for.
Restrictions
Access
A group of users with a specific access level who can use the discount.
Start Publishing
Sets the start discount date.
End Publishing
Sets the end discount date.
