Why payments may be declined when purchasing a subscription?
This article covers the most common reasons for payment failures within a purchasing product(s).
Common reasons
- There are insufficient funds on your debit or credit card to make a payment.
- The charge exceeded the max amount allowed for a single charge.
- Debit or credit card does not support world wide payments.
- Debit or credit card does not support 3D Secure*.
- Your bank doesn't work with a bank from Ukraine.
3D Secure Authentication
For extra protection, 3D Secure requires to complete an additional verification step with the card issuer within the payment. Typically, banks send a code or the issuer should confirm the payment in a banking app on a smartphone or online.
Resolving issue
- Contact your card holder support.
- Make a payment using PayPal by selecting PayPal (2CO) within checkout.
