Why payments may be declined when purchasing a subscription?




This article covers the most common reasons for payment failures within a purchasing product(s).




Common reasons


  • There are insufficient funds on your debit or credit card to make a payment.
  • The charge exceeded the max amount allowed for a single charge.
  • Debit or credit card does not support world wide payments.
  • Debit or credit card does not support 3D Secure*.
  • Your bank doesn't work with a bank from Ukraine.

3D Secure Authentication


For extra protection, 3D Secure requires to complete an additional verification step with the card issuer within the payment. Typically, banks send a code or the issuer should confirm the payment in a banking app on a smartphone or online.

Resolving issue


  • Contact your card holder support.
  • Make a payment using PayPal by selecting PayPal (2CO) within checkout.
