What to do if you made a payment and didn't receive the purchased product?

This guide explains what to do if you have paid for the product(s) but they are not available in your Balbooa.com profile.

Before you begin

  • Check the bank app on your smartphone or online and make sure that the purchase was made. 
  • The payment was declined by your debit or credit card provider.
  • To verify your payment, you will need to provide us with the first and last 4 digits of your debit or credit card.

Resolving issue

  1. Open support ticket using our Contact form ➝ Billing ➝ I can’t downloaded the purchased product.
  2. Fill out all requested fields submit your request.

The request will be processed during our technical support business hours.
