How to restore your account username?
If you forgot your account username, follow the steps from this guide to recover your account username.
Recovering your username
- Go to the Sign in page ➝ Forgot username.
- Enter the email address that was used for creating an account ➝ click Submit.
- Check your email client for email with subject Username recovery on Balbooa.
Didn't receive the recovery email
Check the spam folder in your email client. If there are no recovery email, open a support ticket using our Contact form ➝ Account ➝ Can’t access account.
