We have tried numerous times to update from Joomla 3 to 4 and it seems like Gridbox and Forms is breaking the update. When trying to "update" both components it is indicated that an update is needed but no update happens. Then when updating Joomla version, site breaks. Can you provide FINAL Gridbox and Forms update files to use?
