About six months ago, my team and I were tackling issues related to store administration on Gridbox. As always, we liked the store from the very beginning, and we were thrilled with it, but the longer it's been running, the more administration issues have cropped up. Perhaps we created these problems ourselves, but we wanted to give users price flexibility and a progressive discount scale. I won't go into too much detail about our systems and why we did it, but perhaps someone else is facing the same issues as us.
We created a component, powered by AI, and called it Gridbox stats. It solves several very important problems:
- General statistics like Gridbox, but more comprehensive for all items - Bulk user administration for orders - Bulk loyalty system administration for customers
