We are a Web Design Agency, where for years we switched from WordPress to Joomla and started using Balbooa GridBox exactly since 2021, when the annual fee was $174.39. Since 100% of the websites were created on their platform, all of them are getting infected, causing financial losses because we have to compensate clients since their websites don't display, don't work, and lose SEO. In addition, websites running advertising campaigns on Google and social media are also losing money.
In our case, this incident is a total loss, and some clients have old Joomla versions 3.x, 4.x, and the new version of GridBox, Form, or Gallery cannot be uploaded.
