I have a store with products, we did some test transactions, then deleted them on the site and in the database (we even got advice on how to do it - https://www.balbooa.com/help/forums/gridbox/general/invoice-number).
Customers started shopping and invoice 01 is normal, but each subsequent invoice is not. (photo attached)
They started to load and merge the data of the user who made the purchase and the one who was there before, which should be removed from the database (it was empty in this table and it was certainly cleaned). The invoice goes to that user who was previously entered in that place (!), in the same way, the data on the dashboard of the store shows the old customer, and the new one appears only in the entry of a specific order. Can I ask for help?
