Hello,
I have a few questions:
1: This website has an embedded video that also plays on mobile devices.
Why can't I do this with gridbox?
Link to page: https://steakhouse-stuhr.de/
2:When I install Gridbox, the Twitter icon still appears in the footer.
Can you change this so that the Facebook, Instagram and TikTok icons appear instead? Twitter no longer exists.
3: What about new plugins? For example, WhatsApp, Telegram, chat, etc. for integration into the site?
4: We asked you several times to revise the slider plugin. More settings and effects should be included.
5: Many Google fonts are installed during installation. Unfortunately, I have to delete them every time. There is also no way to select everything at once. Could you please add a ‘select all’ option?
6:Now for the most important thing!
I built two shops with Gridbox and unfortunately had to close both of them. It is not permitted in Germany. We had the shop checked by Händlerbund lawyers.
Gridbox shop is not legally compliant in Germany. There are many points that are missing in the shop.
One example: according to the law, the following text must appear below the price: ‘Incl. VAT plus shipping’.
7: According to the Händlerbund, I am not allowed to use Newsletter registration because there is a checkbox stating that users must be able to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Please, when you further develop Gridbox, listen to the German community as well. The laws in Germany are very strict, and many customers receive warnings.
Best regards
Soner
