Hi, I'm using this template on my portal: https://www.balbooa.com/showcase-template/gridbox-themes/truth.
In the main Gridbox panel, I created several authors for the content published on the portal.
My problem is that when I enable options like "Author" or "Comments" in: Element → View → Info, and save these settings, the information about the author does not appear on the site. Additionally, when trying to leave a comment under an article, no action occurs.
How can I fix this?
I’ve attached screenshots. As seen in the screenshots, when "Author" is enabled, something seems to appear, but it’s not visible—it’s noticeable only by the shift in the position of the other information in the same row.
