Registration form with additional fields

Hi,
User registration page. It is required to fill in an additional field added in the Joomla user configuration. Your plugin does not show additional fields - that is why I cannot use it. When I want to use the standard registration field - it displays the registration fields incorrectly.
It should be like this (as in the default template):

What are the possibilities to improve this, e.g. increasing the capabilities of the Gridbox registration plugin or CSS code to properly display the default Joomla registration form?
