I installed a clean Joomla 4 (a higher version is not possible) but couldn’t activate the license for Gridbox and Forms (I initially thought it might be a hosting issue). To check, I created a test subdomain on a completely different hosting with Joomla 5, but the exact same problem occurred there as well.
Could you please advise what can be done about this?
