we have recently started experiencing an issue with Gridbox.
After logging into the Joomla administrator, we open a page in the Gridbox editor. However, instead of opening the page directly, Gridbox asks us to log in to the Joomla administration again.
Previously, this did not happen. It was enough to log in once to the Joomla CMS administration and then open any page in the Gridbox editor without entering the Joomla administrator username and password again.
The current workflow is:
- Log in to Joomla Administrator.
- Open a page in Gridbox editor.
- Gridbox login screen appears.
We have to enter the administrator username and password again to access the Gridbox editor.
Could you please advise what might be causing this behavior and how we can fix it?
Is there any session, cookie, security, Joomla, or Gridbox setting that could cause the administrator session not to be recognized when opening the Gridbox editor?
