After last week's wave, there seems to still be a hole somewhere. Sites that don't have a store function but do have the gridbox registration function (because it's built into the core) are seeing user registrations with "registered" permissions (users starting with xtf...). It's supposedly harmless, but it's blocking site resources—and it shouldn't work like that, with no registration option (because there's no store function), and users are registering anyway. Signals have been reported on several sites :( (all updated). Currently, it's blocked in admintools (waf deny list), but it's still a problem.
