Error 1054 when accessing Gridbox - Need assistance

Good morning,

When trying to access Gridbox to make modifications, I encounter the error message "An error has occurred. 1054 Unknown column 'schema_markup' in 'field list'."

I have downloaded my profile pkg_Gridbox_2.17.0.2 and reinstalled it, but the issue persists.

I have also cleared the browser cookies and tried different browsers, yet I still encounter the same problem.

I would appreciate it if you could advise me on how to resolve this.
