I am experiencing an issue with the order notification emails generated by the Gridbox store on a website running Joomla 6.
When a new order is placed, the information received in both the admin order notification email and the customer confirmation email is displayed incorrectly.
Please see the attached screenshot for reference.
Issues observed:
• Instead of “County”, “City”, and “Postal Code”, the email only shows “, ,”.
• In the Email field, the customer’s first name appears instead of the email address.
• The Phone Number field is empty and no value is displayed.
These problems occur both in the email received by the administrator and in the confirmation email sent to the customer.
I have also attached a screenshot showing the Checkout form fields configuration, where all the fields are correctly defined.

Could you please help me identify why the checkout fields are not being correctly passed to the order emails?
