how to export css from shop better formatted than now

Right now on product on store I have option and variations for products, everything works fine to moment when I want to export orders for later edit.

right now there is no way to sort files or even use pivot table.

How to set that variant or option show as column not as new row?
that each order take only one row not like now in my example in 4 rows.
