I have three topics:
attachments to emails sent to the customer after registration or purchase as a guest - in accordance with applicable regulations (Poland) - the seller is obliged to provide the ordering party with the regulations and privacy policy on a permanent medium. It cannot be a link to the privacy policy (page or pdf file) on the seller's website. Is it possible to implement such a functionality?
Email confirming registration - in accordance with the regulations, after registering an account, the user should receive an email verifying the correctness of the data and containing the regulations and privacy policy - is it possible to implement the functionality so that after registering in the Gridbox store - such an email (with attachments) is sent?
After making a payment, e.g. via a payment gateway, the customer should receive an email confirming that the order is complete (paid) - this can be done, but manually. The question is whether it is possible to implement the functionality so that the customer automatically receives a message after paying for the order.
All of the above functionalities are needed for the seller to act in accordance with applicable law.
What are the possibilities for implementing this?
