I am using the Content Slider plugin and calling a video from an external source, so am using custom html plugin.
However, the custom html video is not showing in smart tv browser (it is ok on computer browser). The controls is the only thing visible on tv browser, but no video. What could be wrong?

If I use the video plugin of Gridbox, the video takes forever to load. So that is why I am using video from external source. However loading the video using the video plugin with video file self-hosted, does not work either.
Please help.
