First of all, congratulations on your amazing work. I’ve been using Gridbox for a long time and I truly appreciate the quality, flexibility, and visual experience it offers. I’m also a big fan of the Gallery component, which integrates beautifully with Gridbox and makes it easy to create stunning photo galleries.
However, I’ve noticed that the Gallery component seems to be underused in terms of broader site integration. I’d like to suggest some improvements that could greatly expand its usefulness for website creators like myself:
The ability to create a “Photos” page, where all galleries are displayed for visitors to choose from.
Options to filter or sort galleries by categories, tags, or popularity.
A plugin or module to display a random gallery, or most viewed galleries, in different parts of the site.
Support for a gallery listing layout, with titles, thumbnails, and short descriptions, linking to each individual gallery.
These features would bring the Gallery component to another level and open up a range of creative possibilities for building richer and more dynamic websites.
