Hello Balbooa Support Team,
I am using Balbooa Forms Pro on a Joomla 5 website. I am trying to generate a custom certificate/document using the "PDF Submissions" feature.
In the Submit Button settings, under Email Notifications, I have customized the Email Body using custom HTML and CSS (e.g.,
...
) and enabled the Attach PDF option.
However, when the form is submitted, the generated PDF file completely ignores my custom HTML layout. Instead, it sends a standard system table that lists all form fields sequentially (Field Name on the left, Value on the right), completely overriding my custom code.
Could you please guide me on how to force the PDF generator to mirror my custom HTML from the Email Body instead of rendering the default field table?
