Balbooa Forms Integration with Google Sheets Stuck on 'Installing' Message

Hello,
I am trying to integrate a Baforms form with Google Sheets, but when I attempt to enter the API credentials is fail, so I navigate to:

Form/Integration/Data Storage/Google Sheets

A window opens on the lower right part of the screen that says:

Installing. Please Wait…

And it stays like that, it does not proceed any further.

I have already updated the versions of everything, but it still does not work. If I try again, it does the exact same thing:

Installing. Please Wait…

Could you please help us with this issue?
