BaForms Joomla 4 unable to bind form to menu

Hello, I'm new to this forum.

My environment:
Win 11 Pro 23h2
WampServer 3.3.0_x64
Joomla 4.4.0 Stable
DB mysqlI 8.0.31
PHP 8.1.13
Browser Firefox 119.0
Joomla editor JCE 2.9.54
balbooa Forms 2.2.1 active license

My problem:
I installed balbooa forms
built a small form and saved it.

when I try to add the form to an article, I don't get a button, nor a icon in the editor toolbox.

What am I doing wrong?
Could anyone please help
