Autocomplete field not working properly as lightbox

I am using on my demo site a form as pop-up (enabled lightbox), with autocomplete field.

I have inserted Google Maps API key in the Integration section of the form, but the autocomplete field is not working properly.

See demo site at this link - https://transport.imapal.ca (click on "book trip" button). How can I fix this issue?
