It would be a great feature to have the ability to restrict which payment methods each access right group can see, so for example PayPal could be seen at a Public level but 'In Store Cash Order' could only be seen by 'Super Users' or 'Managers', it would also help when rolling out new payment methods on a live website as they could be restricted just to Super Users.
