How to integrate Square with Gridbox Store App?

Build a Joomla online shop with Gridbox Store App and integrate it with Square. In this tutorial, we will show you how to integrate Gridbox Store App for Joomla eCommerce with Square.

Square configuration

1. Sign in to Square Developer.

2. Click on + New Application to create your Square application.

3. Click the Open button to open your Square application.

4. Before copying the Access token, select either the “Production” or “Sandbox" settings. Production credentials are needed for live sales.

5. Navigate to the Locations tab ➝ before copying Location ID, select either the “Production” or “Sandbox" settings.

Store app configuration

1. Add payment method Square.

2. Paste your Access token and Location ID.

3. Select Environment (Sandbox or Production). Set Sandbox to test and ensure that everything is working correctly, then switch to Production.

4. Click the button Save.
