How to set up Store App of Joomla Website Builder Gridbox?

General

In General Settings, you need to enter information about your store. The entered information will be displayed in invoices that you can send to your customers. Also, you can use this information in New Order Notification and Order Confirmation.

General Info
Store Name	Enter the name of your store.
Legal Business Name	Enter the legal business name of your store.

Contact Info
Phone	Enter the phone number of your store.
Email	Enter the email address of your store.
Country	Enter the country where your store is registered.
State/Province	Enter the state/province in which your store is registered.
Street Address	Enter the street address where your store is registered.
City	Enter the city where your store is registered.
ZIP Code	Enter the ZIP Code.

Checkout
Guest Checkout	Allows customers to purchase without creating or logging into a store account.
Customer Login	Allows customers to purchase only by logging into a store account.
User Registration Form	Displays the User Registration Form in the login form.
Terms and Conditions Checkbox	Adds a checkbox with Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions Text	A field for entering text and adding a link to the page with Terms and Conditions.

Wishlist
Only For Authenticated Users	Enables a Wishlist only for authorized users.

Email Notifications

Email Notifications Settings allow configuring the notification to the site administrator about a new order, out of stock notification, and an email notification to the customer.

Full Screen View

You can customize the subject and message body using Data Tags and Text Editor. To make editing email notification comfortable open Text Editor in a lightbox. Click the icon "Full Screen" at the top right.

Admin Notification: New Order

* Sends a notification to store administrators about a new order.

Admin Email

The email address to which the email notification will be sent. In the field, you can enter one or more email addresses through "Enter".

The email subject (supports Data Tags).

Text Editor

Edits structure of the email body (supports Data Tags).

Admin Notification: Out of Stock * Sends a notification to store administrators if the product is out of stock.

Minimum Stock Quantity	Minimum stock quantity before the email is triggered.

Customer Notification: Order Completed * Sends a notification to the customer after the order is completed.
Name	The name that customers see when they receive an automatic email from your store.
Email	The email address from which emails are sent to customers.

Customer Notification: Expiration and Renewal Reminder * Sends a notification to the customer before the subscription expires.
Name	The name that customers see when they receive an automatic email from your store.

Text Editor	Edits structure of the email body (supports Data Tags).

Currency

In the Currency Settings, you can set the currency format in your store.

Symbol	Adds a symbol, e.g. $, €, ₴.
Position	Sets the position of a symbol (Left or Right).

In Tax Settings, you can set different tax rates for different countries, states, and different product categories.

Tax Mode	Sets tax mode (Tax Inclusive or Tax Exclusive).

Taxes and Rates
Add New Item	Adds a new tax rate.
Delete	Deletes the selected tax rates.
Tax	Adds the title of the tax.
%	Adds the value of the tax rate in %.
Country	Adds Country, State/Region.
Category	Adds categories that will be assign entered tax rate.
More	Opens additional options (e.g. Tax on Shipping).

Sales

Set up Sales to offer a general sale on all products or selected categories at once.

Applies To	Sets where the discount will apply: All Products - applies to all products; Category - applies to each product in the selected categories. * Click the icon "Select" and using the search field to choose categories that you want to set the discount.

Date Limitations
Start Date	Sets the start date of the sale.

Order Statuses

Order statuses let you know at what stage the order is. In Order Statuses Settings, you'll find three default status: New, Completed, Refund. You can create your own statuses with custom titles and colors.

Add New Item	Adds a new order status.
Delete	Deletes the selected order status.
Order	Moves items using drag & drop.
Color Picker	Adds color to status. Click on the color icon and select the color you need using the color picker.
Save	Saves changes.
