Today, we want to introduce you a new plugin for the Joomla website builder Gridbox - Instagram, provides you easiest way to embed photos and videos from Instagram on your Gridbox website or blog.
Introducing Instagram Plugin
Like any other plugin, the Gridbox plugin Instagram is easy and intuitive. Just in a few clicks, you'll be able to display a feed with awesome photos directly from your Instagram profile.
Photos are displayed in a Classic grid layout. Gridbox plugin Instagram allows you to set the maximum number of displayed thumbnails, the number of columns, the height of the thumbnail and disable distance between thumbnails.
By clicking on the thumbnail will be opened lightbox with detailed info.
As you can see lightbox is designed in the same style as the web version of Instagram. The lightbox shows the author, comments, publication date and number of likes.
Generating Instagram Access Token
To show Instagram photos on your website, you'll need to generate an Instagram Access Token.
We recommend you using the tool "Instagram Access Token Generator".
Visit website, click on the button “Generate Access Token”. Then enter your Instagram Username and Password.
Generated value enter to the "Access Token" field.
