Colors and Tags Filtering
Today we are pleased to announce that we have launched the new update for the Balbooa Joomla Gallery! Balbooa Joomla Gallery has arrived with additional Gallery filters. With Gallery 2.2.0 you can filter your stunning images by tags and colors!
Filters allow you to organize Gallery pictures more efficiently and the most important thing that filters allow your website visitors search pictures much easier and quicker.
How to Enable Filters
To enable Gallery filters you need to visit the Gallery Admin panel and navigate to Settings ➝ Filter ➝ Tags and Colors.
The Gallery filters come with a wide range of options. You can change font options and background settings for Tags.
But the most interesting option is that Balbooa Joomla Gallery allows you to set a position for Filters.
As you can see on the demo color and tags filters displaying in the right sidebar. But you can easily change the filter position to the left as on the screen below.
We want to note, that filter by tags and colors is not available for album mode.
Adding Colors and Tags
Colors and Tags for images you can add in the picture settings. Just select a picture for which you want to add new tags and scroll down, there you’ll find 2 new fields Tags and Colors.
If you are familiar with our website builder Gridbox, you’ll find that tags you can add in the same way, just type your tag and press Enter button.
The color field allows you to set the color from the built-in Color Picker or you can type color in the HEX format.
