The Signature field is an easy way to collect electronic signatures through your online Joomla forms. The Signature field gives your customers the ability to physically sign a form using a mouse, finger, or stylus on a touch device. Electronic signatures can be used on application forms, online petitions, registration forms, forms that require the terms of service agreements, etc.
Like all fields of the Balbooa Joomla Forms, the Signature field has a standard set of settings. Just add the Signature field with a simple drag & drop and choose whether to make the sign a required field before visitors submit the form or not.
The Signature field has a Clear option on the front end that allows making the signature area empty to repeat again.
All signatures appear as an image with the rest of the fields. You can find them in the form submission dashboard. By opening the submission, you can easily print the file with a signature and save it as a PDF.
After adding the Signature field to your form, all email notifications will come with the e-sign of your customers. As in submissions, the electronic signature is displayed as an image.
