We didn't make any changes to our pricing plans since the original release of our products. Today we are announcing new pricing plans, updating, licensing and support policies for all Balbooa Joomla Extensions and Bundles.

Each subscription plan includes:
- Ability to install Pro functionality during the 1 year
- 1-click Update during the 1 year
- Technical Support during the 1 year
After the subscription expiration date, installed Pro functionality will work as usual, without any limitation, but you will lose access to new feature updates and technical support.
License Activation and Deactivation
Each subscription plan has a specific number of domains. What does domains limitation mean? Pro features installation, 1-click Update and Technical Support will be provided to a relevant number of domains.
For example, you have purchased Gridbox Pro Personal (1 Site License). This means that Pro features, automatic updates and support will be available only for 1 site (Joomla installation).
Technical Support Policy
Technical support will be provided only through the support forum. The ability to ask a technical question on a support forum will be available only for customers with an active subscription.

Of course yes! We plan to support Joomla 4, and we already have experience with the migration Gallery to Joomla 4. But, since Joomla 4 Beta version is not ready yet, we can't start working with compatibility. Waiting for a stable Beta!
